Working Principle

I. Melting Phase
Parts are heated to 320°C under vacuum, melting polymer residues that flow into the collection tank.

II. Pyrolysis Phase
Remaining polymers are vaporized and decomposed under vacuum. Released gases are cleaned via a secondary water scrubber, safely removing condensates.

III. Oxidation Phase
Residual carbon and inorganic materials are oxidized under limited air, completing the cleaning process and leaving parts clean and residue-free.
